Davido, award-winning Nigerian singer, has organised an online talent contest for singers and dancers in collaboration with Orbiiit, a talent management company.

In an Instagram post, the music star said the gesture was to celebrate the release of the visuals for ‘La La’, a track off ‘A Better Time’, his 2020 album, featuring Ckay.

According to him, the winner of the competition would go home with a cash prize of 10,000 dollars.

“My people! Tag someone who you think can win my global talent competition! Calling all singers and dancers. I am giving away 10,000 dollars in cash and a chance to go live with Me on IG by hosting a global talent competition in partnership with @orbiiitapp,” he wrote.

“Join for free now or share it with someone who has what it takes to win this! Submissions are now live on orbiiit.com/Davido.”

Davido came into the spotlight following the release of ‘Back When’ and ‘Dami Duro’, his hit singles in 2011.

The ‘OBO’ crooner has since established himself as a household name in the global music landscape with numerous awards and recognition.

He recently marked his 10th year anniversary in the music industry.

The ‘FEM’ singer has also been in the news over his strained relationship with Chioma Chioma Avril Rowland, his estranged fiancée.
