The attention of domestic, continental and global investors in the Nigerian prime property market is currently trained on Ocean City Lagos.

The recently unveiled frontier-pushing location has been tipped by the global real estate giants, Knight Frank, as the world’s next investment destination, as it will combine Lagos’ characteristic vibrancy with island-paradise tranquillity.

Its lavish promise has led to it being christened “Jewel of theAtlantic”. It seeks, among other things, to remake the Lagos oceanfront into the world’s next 5G-driven living, leisure and business environment, setting it apart from the already crammed Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki Residential Scheme 1 districts.
