The Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi Ghana is set to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup play-offs between the Black Stars of Ghana and Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Ghana’s 64th independence anniversary on March 6 will be hosted by Cape Coast Stadium, so this will mean the stadium will not be available to host the encounter.
The game was was decided to take place at the Baba Yara Stadium, Ghana’s largest stadium, with a seating capacity of 40,528.
The first leg of the encounter will go down on March 23, while the reverse fixture is billed to hold at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on March 29.
The winner over the two legs will progress to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
