VISA SCAM: Victim calls out UK promoter, Ayodele Momodu over fraud

London-based serial scammer and self acclaimed Lagos big boy, Ayodele Momodu has been accused on social media of fraud.

He was alleged to have duped a client to the tone of N3 million, this according to an account posted on Instagram.

Momodu who has been describe as a notorious scammer allegedly obtained a huge sum from a prospective visa seeker, under false pretence.

According to the information at our disposal, Ayodele Momodu sometime in 2020 falsely presented himself to the complainant as a promoter with rights to obtain work permit visa and then collected the sum of N3 million to process a United Kingdom visa for two persons.

Narrating the experience on Instagram theeye-opener33 Mr. Ayodele Mommodu was consulted to process a visa for two persons last year, and he was paid 3 million naira.

“A man named Ayodele Momodu was paid over 3million to process a visa for one of @ashabifash client’s brothers…they paid him to process visas for two persons since last year and till date nothing has been done, no single document has been given to them to serve a proof that work is going on as regards the processing, not even a form for them to fill.

“He doesn’t respond to calls and whenever they call him he will just say please I will call you back in a hours time, oh sorry I will get back to you shortly, am in a meeting, I will return your call shortly and all sorts of filthy excuses, even @ashaifash that introduced the so called Mr. Ayodele Momodu to her clients he doesn’t pick her call again too. he has betrayed the trust and also damage the relationship of @ashabifash and her client.”

Ayodele is said to own an entertainment promotion company called Home of Music based in East London.

According to one of the comment on the story, “I meet this man towards end of last year, even the way he talks I already know is a scam…sweet mouth.”

All efforts to reach Ayodele was unsuccessful as he continuously ignored calls to the phone numbers provided by his victim.
