The actor’s new wife made this known via social media and the post resurfaced after Ireti broke the news of their divorce during an interview with journalist, Chude Jideonwo.

Patrick Doyle and Ireti separated in 2017.

However, Ireti announced that, “we are officially divorced” in a recent interview.

Meanwhile, Patrick and the new woman got married in August 2022.

The new wife  posted their wedding certificate and rings after Ireti’s interview went viral on social media.

She also shared a video of herself and Doyle in a loved-up embrace and wrote, “I said yes to the Loml on my birthday. Nothing beats having both celebrations on a unique date Thankful to God almighty for the successful event. Oluwaseun #Mrsdoyle”

In her interview, Ireti recounted how she suffered physical and domestic violence as a teenager and said she had no business with marriage at that young age.

She shared a video of the interview on her page and wrote; “There is a time to be silent and a time to speak. In this age where everything one says is scrutinised and quartered; it takes a certain level of trust to bare intimate details .. we are here now”
Speaking in the interview, the 55-year-old movie star said she moved out of her husband’s house to her apartment at Anthony Village in Lagos.

“The truth of the matter is that I had no business being married at that time, talk less of going to the choice of who I got married to.

“When you’re an adult, it’s not a life and death situation…there are some situations that are way beyond your control. I can’t sacrifice my life on the altar of your imagination or your fantasy,” she said.
