Lagos socialite, Jay Jay Oladimeji arrested in UK for alleged drug tafficking, money laundering

Popular Lagos socialite and self-acclaimed London big boy, Jay Jay Oladimeji, has been arrested by London Metropolitan Police on charges of drug trafficking and money laundering.

The arrest took place on Christmas day, December 25th, 2024, and Oladimeji has been remanded at Belmarsh prison in Woolwich.

According to a confidential source, a sum of 3 million pounds and drugs were found in Oladimeji’s house in London. The source, who wished to remain anonymous, revealed that the police has been monitoring Oladimeji’s activities for some time before making the arrest.

Oladimeji, known for his lavish lifestyle and extravagant parties, has been a prominent figure in both the London and Lagos social scenes. His arrest has sent shockwaves through both communities, with many expressing disbelief at the allegations against him.
