Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared the Chief Executive Office of Fargo Petroleum and Gas Limited, Seun Ogunbambo, for defrauding the Nigerian government of over N976 million.
According to the commission, Seun Ogunbambo allegedly defrauded the government in a bogus oil subsidy claims.
The commission also revealed that Seun had earlier been arrested but disappeared after he was released on bail.
The commission further stated that his co-defendants have been sentenced to fourteen years’ imprisonment.
