The star prize is one million naira only while other participants would go home with consolation prizes.

He noted that this year’s theme is NAIJA STREET ENERGY which participants are free to interprete artistically in an authentic way.

The submission for entry is expected to close on September 30th, leaving a window of two months, he said.

For guidelines and terms of participation, he urged interested artists to visit the Foundation’s website www.artsforchange.ng.

It would be recalled that the competition has produced three young winners that have carved a niche for themselves in the industry.

While the winner of the maiden edition is currently working on art projects with Indonesia embassy, the last winner has equally partnered with an international NGO on the use of recycled products for art.
