The Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant has announced a strategic partnership with Serenity Settlement Real Estate and Developer, a leading property investment company with strong roots across Nigeria’s South East and South West regions.

The pageant, which is more than a celebration of beauty, is designed to promote African culture and heritage among women in Nigeria and the diaspora. “Miss Motherland is not just a beauty contest; it’s a cultural movement to celebrate and preserve African identity,” said Prince Timi Abiri, the convener of the event.

Spearheading the partnership is the CEO of Serenity Settlement, Nnamdi Emmanuel Mba, a visionary Nigerian entrepreneur renowned for his enthusiastic and extensive investment in real estate. His property empire stretches across key cities like Lagos and Enugu, extending influence beyond state borders with a reputation for developing income-generating properties.

His collaboration with Miss Motherland highlights a shared passion for unity, identity, and empowerment through culture.

“Real estate isn’t just about buildings; it’s about building legacies and preserving our roots. Partnering with Miss Motherland allows us to support a cause that aligns with our values celebrating where we come from,” Mba said.

The Miss Motherland Pageant 2025 which kicked off in April with press conference & media briefing will have its grand finale on August 22nd, 2025. Contestants will engage in cultural and creative tasks that showcase their understanding of African traditions. The overall winner will receive a brand-new car, among other prizes.

As the event returns to Lagos, the heart of Nigeria’s cultural renaissance, it promises to fuse elegance with substance reaffirming the city’s status as a vibrant hub for arts, heritage, and tourism.

This partnership between Serenity Settlement and Miss Motherland Nigeria marks a powerful fusion of enterprise and tradition, aiming to inspire a new generation of culturally rooted, socially conscious African women.
