Gov. Monday Okpebholo of Edo has approved the additional appointments of persons to key positions in his administration.
This is contained in a statement by Umar Ikhilor, Secretary to the State Government on Monday in Benin.
Ikhilor said the appointments, which took effect effect from Oct. 27, include Orobosa Omo-Ojo as General Manager, Bendel Newspaper Corporation.
Mr John Inegbedion as Special Adviser to the Governor on Tax Reforms, and Johnson Adamu as Special Adviser to the Governor on Humanitarian Affairs & Poverty Alleviation.
Others are Shuaibu Elamah as Special Adviser to the Governor on Law Reforms, Dr Aminu Imafidor as Special Adviser to the Governor on Livestock, Aquaculture and Agro-Processing while Omorede O. E. Osifo is the Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Mobilization.
Also, Esther .O. Eghaghe is the Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Mobilization (Edo Central), Vera Omonkhafe Sadoh, Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Mobilization (Edo North), and Mrs Itohan Osahon is for Edo South.
Mr Anselm Adima was also appointed as Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
