A 19-year-old TikToker, Praise Nwogu, popularly known as CandyTeddy, has reportedly been arrested by operatives of the NDLEA for allegedly producing and selling brownies said to be laced with illicit substances.
According to a statement by Femi Babafemi, Director of Media & Advocacy for the NDLEA, she was apprehended on Saturday, November 22, in Benin City, Edo State.
At the time of her arrest, operatives allegedly recovered 12 plates and a cup of the drug-laced brownies from her.
