Nigerian Army begins 2026 DSSC recruitment

The Nigerian Army has invited interested and qualified Nigerians to apply for its Direct Short Service Commission Course 29/2026.

According to a statement on Tuesday released via its official 𝕏 handle, the recruitment is open to both civilians and serving military personnel with the required qualifications.

The statement added that successful applicants will be commissioned into specialized corps of the Nigerian Army, where their expertise will support national defense and security operations.

“Interested candidates are advised to apply early and ensure that all required information is correctly submitted.

“For further inquiries, applicants can contact the Nigerian Army recruitment help lines on 08179269294 or 08109959294 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily. Additional details and application guidelines are available on the official recruitment website at recruitment.army.mil.ng,” the post read.
