PalmPay and Premier Cool have inaugurated a nationwide consumer promotion aimed at providing financial support to Nigerians through cash rewards.

The scheme, tagged “10K for 10K Campaign,” is expected to reward 10,000 participants with N10,000 each, bringing the total value of the programme to N100 million.

The initiative, which will run from Jan. 12 to April 11, will produce 111 winners daily, with cash rewards credited directly to winners’ PalmPay wallets.

Speaking at the inauguration on Tuesday, the Managing Director, PZ Cussons Africa, Mr Oghale Elueni, said the programme was designed to provide some relief to households facing economic pressures.

Elueni explained that participation involved the purchase of selected Premier Cool soap products, after which consumers could enter a draw by submitting a unique code found inside the pack.

According to him, participants are required to buy a promo-coded Premier Cool 110g pack, scan the QR code on the package to access the campaign platform and PalmPay application, and enter the code for an instant draw.

He added that at a time when financial pressure was real for many households, the initiative was intended to ease the burden and offer modest financial support.

Also speaking, the Managing Director of PalmPay Nigeria, Mr Chika Nwosu, said the partnership aligned with efforts to provide practical value through digital financial services.

Nwosu said that the collaboration was focused on delivering tangible support to users through simple digital channels.

He also said that new PalmPay users taking part in the scheme would be eligible for a one-time welcome bonus.

“New PalmPay users participating in the campaign will also enjoy a welcome bonus of up to ₦5,550.” he said.

Premier Cool is a personal care brand under PZ Cussons, while PalmPay is a digital financial services provider operating in Nigeria.
