Business leader and philanthropist Tonye Cole has empowered over 230,000 young people across Rivers State through the Collective Initiative, with the launch of COLE2Learn, a youth-focused education and capacity-building programme.

The initiative is designed to equip youths with practical, real-world skills in areas such as education, innovation, economic inclusion, civic leadership, climate awareness, and community development—placing young people at the centre of shaping solutions for society.

The programme will reach participants through digital platforms, community learning hubs, and peer-to-peer engagement, ensuring inclusivity across all local government areas.
