CAF president Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that AFCON 2027 will be played next year, not 2028 as being speculated.
Motsepe also confirmed that the tournament will run from June 19 to July 18, 2027 and will be jointly hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
