Customer calls out First Bank over unremitted N71,000 paid by Apple still hanging after over 5 weeks

Dear First Bank of Nigeria Limited, I have reached my breaking point.

Since December 2025, I have been fighting for a resolution regarding unauthorized Apple transactions on my account (3089608152). I have done everything a customer is supposed to do. I have visited the branch multiple times and sent countless emails back and forth, only to be met with silence and repetitive excuses.

Apple officially REFUNDED my money on January 10th, 2026. It has been over 5 weeks since the money was released, yet First Bank is still holding onto my ₦71,900.

I have proven beyond doubt that my email is linked to my account, even showing alerts for large credits I received in December, yet you continue to use ‘verification’ as a delay tactic.

I have lost all my patience. The time frame for this is unacceptable and the mental stress of checking my balance every day only to see nothing is too much.

First Bank of Nigeria, I am not asking for a favor; I am asking for my own money that has been sitting with you for over a month. Credit my account today and end this nightmare!
