A Port Harcourt-based public affairs commentator, Joshua Wali, has stated that Rivers State stands to benefit greatly from the inclusion of accomplished private sector players like serial entrepreneur, Greatcool Ejekwu, in public office.

Joshua Wali noted that individuals with proven track records in economic development, employment generation, and tourism promotion possess the practical experience required to contribute meaningfully to governance and policy formulation.
According to him, Greatcool Ejekwu, popularly known as DatFairBoy, has established himself as a household name in Rivers State through his contributions to the growth of businesses and the promotion of the state’s tourism and entertainment sectors.
“Greatcool Ejekwu has consistently demonstrated capacity in driving economic activities in Rivers State. His multiple business ventures have not only boosted commerce but have also created job opportunities for many youths,” Wali said.
He further emphasized that governance should accommodate individuals who have shown real commitment to development at the grassroots and economic levels, adding that such persons bring innovative ideas and pragmatic solutions to public service.
Wali maintained that if governance is truly aimed at improving the lives of the people, successful entrepreneurs like Ejekwu should be encouraged to participate in legislative and policy-making processes.
Greatcool Ejekwu is widely regarded as one of Port Harcourt’s leading entrepreneurs, with investments across several sectors that continue to contribute to the economic growth and social development of Rivers State.
