The federal government will officially launch the digital trade platform for air and sea cargo in March 2026.
In a post on X on Tuesday, the Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) said the Directorate of Cargo Development and Services, in collaboration with the national single window (NSW) team, recently engaged key stakeholders and announced the planned rollout date.

The authority said training sessions will be conducted ahead of the rollout to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilisation of the system.

The president noted that the platform would tackle red tape, bureaucratic bottlenecks, delays and corruption at the ports, curb revenue leakages and enhance trade efficiency.
