The initiative is rooted in Selar’s conviction that expanding access to education and legitimate earning opportunities can help reduce youth exposure to fraud and economic hardship.
Rather than concentrating only on enforcement, Smart Hustle focuses on prevention by tackling structural challenges that limit access to ethical income pathways.
