Airtel Nigeria has launched its new Single-Seater Shops initiative, introducing a compact retail format designed to bring its products and customer services closer to users across the country.

The flagship outlet was officially launched on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at City Mall, Onikan, Lagos, marking the beginning of a nationwide rollout of the new retail concept.

According to the company, the Single-Seater Shops are intended to improve accessibility by providing customers with convenient locations where they can purchase Airtel products, access customer support, and receive a range of telecom services without visiting larger service centers.

Airtel said the launch represents more than the opening of a new retail outlet, describing it as part of its broader commitment to making its products and services more accessible and delivering a seamless customer experience.

As the company expands the initiative across Nigeria, the new shops are expected to create additional customer touchpoints, enabling subscribers to stay connected more easily while accessing support and other Airtel services closer to where they live and work.
