Engr. Stella Ifeoma Okengwu has alleged that Works Minister David Umahi made a sexual advance toward her before her property was subsequently demolished.
In her words, Engr. Stella Ifeoma Okengwu said:
We went to the Ministry of Physical Planning to make sure our property was not affected, for which we got the Coastal Road Right of Way Clearance Certificate from there. David Umahi made a sexual advance at me; he said I should come and meet him at Eko Hotel, where he’s lodged, and I should be ready for him. The next day he went and demolished my property.”
