An out-of-state family member provided “nanny-cam” video to deputies after getting it it from Webb’s wife, who is the baby’s mother.

According to deputies, Webb is seen slapping his three-month-old daughter in the face while she cries on August 19.

He is also reportedly seen holding the infant up by the back of the head while covering her face, with her legs flailing, for about 19 seconds.

In other instances, he allegedly covered the baby’s face with his hand multiple times for several seconds.

According to the criminal complaint, Webb yelled, “Stop crying,” and “You’re going to learn!”

Webb also has a two-year-old son. He admitted to doing the same to him multiple times until he was nine months old.

During an interview with detectives, Webb said children are “like a dog; you have to train them and set boundaries.

“Regarding his daughter’s crying, he said it “triggers me, like nails on a chalkboard,” and that he covered her mouth and nose “not to cause harm, but to deprive her of oxygen” because it was an “action to train the behavior.”
