Fidelity Bank has received an extension to publish its audited financial results for the first half of 2026.
The bank said the additional time became necessary because the audit of its H1 2026 financial statements is still being finalised.
The lender disclosed that the process must be completed before the audited results can be released to the public.
The development means shareholders, investors and other stakeholders will have to wait for the conclusion of the audit before assessing the bank’s performance for the half-year period.
