The season had a mix of drama, chaos, love, and suspense, and kept viewers on the edge of their seats. Wura dealt with many challenges, from a step-daughter who was as mischievous as she was and did not miss an opportunity to take her down; to marital problems;  to having to deal with the people of Iperindo’s anger towards her. Also, Jeje and Tumi made serious life decisions in their relationships, while Lolu made decisions that left everyone wondering what he was thinking.

The final episode gave Tumi a win with her dream wedding. But fans can’t help but wonder if the ceremony will go smoothly, with a drunk and unhappy Dimeji telling her that his absence at the wedding is because he still loves her.

This second season was a rollercoaster of emotions and drama as expected from the people of Iperindo. How will they manage to navigate all the excesses in their lives in seasons to come?

All episodes of Wura Season 2 are now streaming on Showmax. You can also join the conversation on social media with the hashtag #WuraShowmax.
