Tinubu not down with COVID-19 –Media Aide dispels online rumour

Tunde Rahman, Media aide to the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has denied an online report that his principal is down with COVID-19.

An online platform not, had alleged that the former governor of Lagos State is critically ill and currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

But in a swift reaction, Rahman said the story is nothing but a lie from the pit to hell.

He noted that Tinubu is fine and does not have COVID-19 as stated in the false report.

He said: “That report is a lie from the pit of hell. Asiwaju is very okay. He is very fine and not sick. He does not have COVID-19.

“If you must know, we have done COVID-19 test 15 times, each time he felt we had travelled and mingled with many people and could be vulnerable even though he always wore his face mask.

“He has been certified negative 15 times. Yes he is abroad. Not in France, but in London resting. So you can see the falsity in that information you talked about,” he said
