JUST IN: Lagos Commissioner, Toke Benson allegedly slaps man for recording her in public (VIDEO)

Lagos state commissioner for Tourism, Toke Benson was recently involved in a public face-off with an unnamed man whom she reportedly slapped in public for recording her.

In a video shared by Sahara Reporters, the elegant commissioner was seen asking security operatives to send someone out of a facility and while she was at it, the man in question was recording her.

In a reaction, she tried to collect the phone from the recorder and in the process, it appears she slapped the man who later cried out to express his displeasure.
