Adron Homes kicked off its highly anticipated week-long National Retreat on January 12, 2025. Themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025,” the event focused on enhancing leadership skills and fostering strategic growth to align with the company’s vision for 2025.

The retreat featured insightful training sessions facilitated by the company’s leadership who are also industry experts, offering participants valuable knowledge and tools to elevate their personal professional impact.

At the retreat, the Chairman/CEO, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, delivered a transformative session on Transformational Leadership, Performance Optimisation, and Human Capital Development. He said, “The greatest secret to performance is commitment,” as he encouraged the company directors cum CEOs, to embrace dedication as the foundation of success.
