Moriki congratulated the officers and urged them to redouble their dedication, commitment and loyalty to the corps.

“The Corps has enormous responsibilities, including protecting schools, mining sites, agricultural investments and other critical national assets and infrastructure.

“You must remain disciplined, dedicated and hardworking while professionally discharging your assigned responsibilities,” he said.

Moriki assured the public that the command would sustain collaboration with sister security agencies to combat crime and criminality across Katsina State.

He urged residents to support the corps by providing timely and credible intelligence on suspicious movements or items.

Moriki commended the Minister of Interior, Mr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, for promoting officers when due.

“The commitment of the corps’ leadership to personnel welfare is commendable and will enhance performance,” he stated.
