Access Bank Plc, the commercial banking division of financial services group Access Holdings, has appointed Ifeyinwa Osime as the chair of its board of directors.

Mrs Osime’s appointment followed the retirement of Paul Usoro, who exited the company on 29 January on completion of his regulatory tenure limit, Access Holdings stated in a filing at the Nigerian Exchange on Tuesday.

“Mrs Osime is a principled and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the bank’s strategy and values,” Access Holdings chairman, Aigboje Aig-Imhoukhuede, said.
