Meanwhile, the businessman recently stirred conversations online after sharing his view about politicians who enjoy strong support on social media.

themomentng reports that he made it known that being popular online does not always lead to success during elections.

According to him, politicians who receive praise and support on social platforms often fail to win at the polls, while those who face heavy criticism online tend to come out victorious.

He shared this on his Instagram story, where he spoke about how online reactions do not reflect what happens during real voting.

He pointed to Desmond Elliot as an example, saying that despite facing backlash online in the past, he still won his election.

He wrote: “People wey una dey love for social media no dey ever win election na the ones wey dem dey abuse online na them dey always win. I use Hon. Desmond Elliot own know, once social media dey curse you out you don win be that. Social media candidates no deh ever win.
