The Chairman and CEO of Ariya Networks, Dr Idris Olagoke Badmus, has commended the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for supporting the widely promoted boxing competition coming up on April 26th at the Indoor Sports Hall of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, and the Director General of the Lagos State Sports Commission, Lekan Fatodu.

The grassroots boxing competition will be headlined by Taiwo Agbaje, popularly known as Eshepo and Osaigbovo Tosin, a.k.a. Sojarboy, among several others.

Ariya Networks will broadcast LIVE the fights on its platform. Interested fans can subscribe to the network at N1,500 to watch the fights and also watch movies on the platform.

Dr Badmus is especially happy that Lagos State has shown interest in the bouts as this complements the vision of Ariya in promoting African sports.

“Our first experience with Lagos was the E1 Sports that was covered by us. We had positive feedback from Africans, especially in the Diaspora. That is why we are delighted to be part of “Battle of Unbeaten,” he said.

Both headliners are undefeated in their careers.
Tosin “Soldierboy” Osaigbovo and former World Boxing Federation Intercontinental Featherweight champion, Taiwo “Esepo” Agbaje, will compete for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) lightweight title.

The bout is promoted by Ariya Networks, in conjunction with De Lad’s Boxing Promotion. It will bring the two undefeated fighters together for a shot at the WBO (World Boxing Organization) lightweight division from their featherweight category.

Agbaje,38 years old, has recorded 13 knockouts in 18, while Osaigbovo is unbeaten with 12 wins from 12 fights.
