Airtel Tanzania has held a strategic planning meeting focused on its 2026/2027 roadmap, aimed at strengthening technology capabilities and improving the quality of service delivery to customers under the slogan “Step Up.”

The session brought together senior leaders from across the organization, including departments such as Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Technology (TEHAMA), and Customer Service. The discussions centered on aligning internal teams around key priorities for the upcoming period and enhancing overall operational performance.

The meeting emphasized the need for stronger collaboration across departments as well as with external stakeholders to support business growth and service expansion. Leadership noted that coordinated efforts across functions will be critical in achieving improved efficiency and customer experience.
