Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has appointed Kenneth Okonkwo as his spokesperson, weeks after the actor-turned-politician criticised the ADC’s reported vice-presidential selection.
Accepting the role, Okonkwo praised Atiku’s willingness to embrace dialogue and differing opinions, while expressing confidence that the South-East’s interests had been addressed within the party ahead of the 2027 elections.
