The organisation’s Director-General, Mr Oke Idawene, said that Egoh’s appointment was in recognition of his wealth of political experience, leadership qualities and communication skills.

“The national leadership carefully considered your track record of service and believes you possess the capacity to effectively project the ideals and programmes of the Integrity Group of Nigeria, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he said.

Idawene further stated that the appointment was a reflection of the confidence reposed in Egoh by the leadership of the organisation.

“We are confident that you will provide purposeful leadership in the area of publicity, strengthen the group’s engagement with the public and promote unity among members across the country,” he said.
In his acceptance remarks, Egoh expressed appreciation to the leadership of the group for finding him worthy of the appointment.

“I sincerely thank the director-general, the national secretary and the entire leadership of the Integrity Group of Nigeria for the confidence reposed in me.

“I accept this responsibility with humility and a strong sense of duty,” he said.

The former lawmaker pledged to work tirelessly to justify the confidence reposed in him and contribute to the realisation of the organisation’s objectives.

“I will devote my experience and energy to promoting the vision of the group, while ensuring that our communication remains factual, constructive, and people-oriented,” he said.

According to him, the group remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote good governance, national unity and sustainable development.

“Our assignment is to effectively communicate the achievements and aspirations of the Renewed Hope Agenda, while fostering greater public participation in nation-building,” he said.

Egoh pledged to work closely with members of the national executive and state coordinators to deepen the group’s visibility and strengthen its grassroots mobilization efforts.

“We shall operate as one united family, building bridges across the country and ensuring that our message reaches every community through responsible and strategic communication,” he said.

He also expressed optimism that the appointment would further inspire members to remain committed to the ideals of the organisation.

“This appointment is not about personal recognition but about greater service.

“Together, we will continue to promote integrity and patriotism and support initiatives that will move Nigeria forward,” Egoh added.
