Burna Boy to headline halftime show at NFL Paris game

Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, will headline the halftime show at the NFL Paris Game on Oct. 25 at Stade de France.

The “Last Last” crooner will perform during the game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints.

The NFL announced the performance on its official website, describing Burna Boy as a “global headliner” and highlighting the Paris game as part of its 2026 International Games.

The show is part of American Express’ presentation of halftime performances at the NFL’s 2026 International Games.

The NFL said the Paris performance would be one of seven halftime shows staged across its 2026 International Games, spanning seven countries and four continents.

Burna Boy also reposted the NFL’s announcement on his official Instagram account.

In a statement issued by the NFL, the Afrobeats megastar said returning to the stadium for the event meant a lot to him.

“Paris gave me one of the biggest nights of my career, and to walk back into Stade de France for a moment like this means everything,” he said.

He added that the NFL’s first game in France would provide an opportunity to represent African music on the international stage.

themomentng reports that Burna Boy, known for hit songs, including “On the Low” and “Ye,” rose to prominence through his music and performances.

He has since strengthened his profile through subsequent albums, collaborations, and international performances.

The NFL Paris Game will be the league’s first regular-season game played in France.
