Nigerian Breweries Plc has inaugurated a digital learning centre at Wisdom International School of Excellence in Sauka, Lugbe, Abuja, to expand students’ access to technology-enabled education.
The facility was established through the Nigerian Breweries-Felix Ohiwerei Education Trust Fund in honour of Serah Yusuf, winner of the 2025 Maltina Teacher of the Year Competition.
Equipped with computers, internet connectivity, a smart screen, computer-based testing facilities and digital learning and assessment tools, the centre also features a 10KVA solar-powered inverter system.
The project is part of efforts to extend the impact of the Maltina Teacher of the Year initiative beyond recognising outstanding educators to providing lasting benefits for their schools and communities.
Speaking at the inauguration, Nigerian Breweries’ Head of Public, External and Government Affairs, Chukwuemeka Aniukwu, said the investment was intended to create more opportunities for students to benefit from digital education. BuyMaps
