The colugo lives in Southeast Asia and glides between trees using a huge skin membrane stretching from its neck to the tips of its tail and toes.
It can glide over 100 meters in a single jump with almost no loss in altitude. Despite its nickname “flying lemur,” it is not a lemur and it cannot actually fly.
